It is a complicated time...but the loan process still went smoothly. Signed closing docs in my house. Everything was easy. I did make a house payment that I should not have, but should get that money back. Thank you.

Even though this was our first experience with a refinance it was by far the most Pleasant and assuring that we could have imagined. Carl Wren was very efficient as well as Regina. We will definitely be going through PennyMac again for future endeavors
From beginning to end, everyone was very professional, informative, and clear on what steps were next. Everyone was very warm and friendly in personality. We enjoyed working Blen immensely. She worked very hard to close this loan, as well as many others on Mymacteam. Thank you.
The process was a little slow. But overall was great
The final cost to close was not accurate. I was told 3 different amounts and none of them matched. It took calling and emailing several people, several different times before it was cleared up. The closing document on esign was not correct so I would not sign it. Because of lack of communication, and not having the correct cost to close, I emailed the notary and canceled so their time wouldn't be wasted.
