There was confusion with needed documents and multiple requests for the same documents. Once I communicated my irritation I got a call and the problem was taken care of. All in all I got through the process with only a couple of glitches.

I was told I didn't need to have money down at closing, much to my surprise when it came time for me to sign papers I was told that I owed money. After a few phone calls I was told by the notary there was an amendment stating no money is to be collected. I never got a copy of the amendment.

We worked with Liam and he was very professional the entire time. He communicated once every Friday after all the paperwork was turned in to give us an update as to where the loan was. The only downfall, and I don’t feel this was any of his fault, was that we got our closing rescheduled two times. It might be that we live very rural and remote and there are not a lot of people for that service. I did answer the survey honestly but like I said No fault of Liam‘s. He did a wonderful job!
