The closing costs were not communicated properly and some data was wrong as well.
Whole process was quick, painless and saved us a bunch of money long-term.
The application part was great and easy but once it went to underwriters it was a pain. It started smooth but in the end, I was never informed that I was still missing documentation. I had to call 2 days before close and find out. Martha was more confusing to talk to and I felt like she wasn't sure what was going on.
I am very happy with my experience here. From beginning to end, everything was done to high standards and with professionalism. I have a friend who will be in the market for a joke and I have already recommended Pennymac to them. I am so happy I found Pennymac.
