Anna was very responsive and kept me in the loop on the status of the loan. When there was an issue or question, she would follow up, even if it wasn't her responsibility to do so. That way I was clear as to our progress. She made it a point to touch base with me on a regular basis. If I ever have to go back to PennyMac for another mortgage, I will request that she be assigned to my file! Thank you, Anna!!!!!
