The only complaint I have is that it took me several times of contacting Pennymac to get the refinance process started. I was just wanting to discuss the options with someone and no one ever called me back. I eventually just started the process online and immediately received a call. I eventually received calls back from my initial inquiries, but we where several weeks into the refinance process by that point. other than that, it has been an easy and smooth experience.
A one-time list of all required documents would be more efficient than getting numerous requests for one or two documents at a time. Also, because the process took so long I had to submit a number of documents more than once.

The experience of going through the refinance process was simple, quick and non stressful.
I did not receive a reply to email about VA question. 800 # was totally useless - A BIG WAIST OF TIME i DID NOT KNOW IF YOU GOT MY REPLY
