Richard went above and beyond to contact us and make sure we knew where we were in the process and what to expect. Richard's personal contact during such a major experience was greatly appreciated. Richard made this process very simple! I have already recommended PennyMac to my colleauges who are considering taking advantage of the current market.
The only problem was the 1st disclosure was calculated incorrectly. Due to the extra time things took, I had to pay a late fee on my April payment. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

It seemed like there was not good communication between the loan officers and underwriting, which became frustrating as the same documents were requested multiple times. Also, the credit score that was reported to Radian was not accurate, and will result in a higher mortgage payment for the next two years. Am still working to correct this.
Jamie and Ben did a great job I'm just not sure I got the best deal on my loan.
I was not informed that rates were lowered during the process of my renewal.
