Fast but a lot of extra for our USDA streamline refi.
There were multiple closing errors but Mykela did a good job. Unfortunately, my lender Sarkis Babakhanyan and his manager, Michiko Solon were very disappointing. Sarkis and Michiko were very deceptive and tried to force me to accept terms much worse than originally offered. Only after I threatened to go to your leadership and file a formal CFPB complaint (I still may do this) did they agree to honor my original offer. Please contact me if you want more details. Thanks

My experience with the refinance loan was simple and speedy. Having a current loan helped as the documents needed were at a minimum. Everyone involved was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to all involved.
Very simple process with loan officers that communicated effectively. Very satisfied.
I did not receive accurate information halfway through the process when my appraisal came in lower I was told that it wouldn’t affect my loan however it didn’t impact my loan in my payment was higher than what I initially wanted to pay. Also the process was way too long almost 60 days considering that I provided all the information requested immediately.
I used to be a home investor so I have done many closings over the years. Many times there were issues at closing or I had to resend documents or there was very little communication. Honestly, working with Sara and the folks at PennyMac has made this the easiest loan process I have ever been a part of. I highly recommend PennyMac
