The refi process went very smooth.
The process to refinance was so easy and fast. Everyone I worked with were very knowledgable and friendly.
If I was more informed on what was about to happen next. I asked several times to be called but no one ever called.
I have received absolutely no correspondence from anybody about closing. This process has been lengthy and difficult. A few weeks into the process our application was withdrawn for NO reason so we had to start over from the beginning. When I had questions for the “MAC Team” the lady who called was incredibly rude and impatient and made me feel stupid for having a question. I will never do business with pennymac again. Please have somebody call me to let me know if the loan has closed.
Provided an actual contact number or monitored email for the people working on my loan. Aside from the calls initiated by him, I was never able to get a hold of Robert G. I even called and asked to speak to his supervisor since I can’t get an answer from him either via email or messages left with the people who pick up on the 1-800 number. I still have not received a call from either one of them. My concern is about a task I asked Robert to complete on 4/15, here we are 5/6, and nothing.

Things were done correctly, but it’s very painful to actually call someone and get them on the line. That’s my biggest complaint but other than that everything was great
