The beginning of my refi process took a couple of hours by phone although that time was used by my agent to carefully explain options/terms of all programs available to me. After choosing the program best suited for me my process went very smoothly. All documents sent to me were followed up by emails and calls to answer any questions I may have had. My customer service was excellent! I will not hesitate to recommend Penny Mac to others.
