My refinance loan wasn't delayed due to pandemic and got everything completed in a timely manner. Signing of the documents were done at my home with a notary and was very convenient.
The process was quick and easy, the PennyMac team made it possible, I wanted to do it for several months but I had fears and the Penny Mac team were always there explaining the process and giving ne support and information which made me feel very confident and really I appreciate the support in these hard times.
Stephen Castenada, Glenn Manalus and the entire PennyMac team did efficient and helpful work on my behalf. Everything worked successfully for me.
The application process for closing was easy. 99.9% done by electronic delivery. Answer questions efficiently. Overall smooth and satisfied.
The refinance process was very smooth and there was ongoing communication through the entire process.
KAmi was amazing and answering all my questions she even called me he weekend to explain the loan documents to me that I had a question on. She went above an beyond to help make this closing smooth.

The process was great and easy from the very beginning. To start, Reid Wright is amazing! He is prompt, professional and just overall great at what he does. Rachel was a God-send... checking on us to ensure we were ok, understood the process and to set up the closing. The girl sent to close us (I am so sorry I cannot remember her name) was also amazing! She explained everything so well, provided examples when requested and respected our home & the social distancing/ COVID situation we are in.
