Doing the whole process online was very easy and ensured we had our social distance. The only thing we had to do in persone was sign papers for closing. Very helpful in this time of COVID19.
Paulette was very helpful when I could get her. But, one problem with the system is that when I called her back the person who answered refused (a couple of times) to get me to her directly. I didn't think I needed to start all over with the new person since Paulette would always know what I was talking about. She corrected a couple of mistakes that were made originally in a timely manner. To summarize, when I was able to talk or email directly with Paulette, all was done professionally.
Great experience.
