The entire process was simple and to the point. No back and forth.
Everything was fine until I clicked on this survey. I don’t appreciate the forced Likert scale. This survey serves me no purpose, wastes my time, and influences my answers therefore invalidating the collected data.
We were only required to submit a minimal amount of documentation, the process was very streamlined and clearly explained to us. Our interaction with PennyMac was very professional and courteous. We closed within 30 days and got a great rate. Very happy to recommend Pennac to anyone who needs a mortgage!!
Sandra was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process! She made sure we were good to go throughout the entire process and was very friendly and easy to talk to. If I had any questions she was great at answering them or got me the answer in a very timely manner. 10/10 I hope she will be my loan officer when I buy another home down the road.
