I had a unique experience that cause a lot of trouble with the closing of my loan where I was misinformed and led to believe something that wasn’t going to happen and had to close 2 times but it was a mistake and I hold nothing against pennymac I still think they’re a good company I just wish they could’ve did a little more to right the wrong but the had already gave me the best rate possible
Nick did a great job of staying on top of my loan process and delivered a smooth closing.
