The whole team was great from start to finish. Just wish the online payment system for payment of mortgage was more easily explained
I missed the phone call weekly with Aida unfortunately. But on 3 occasions I emailed questions and never got a responce I had to reach out to the original guy 2 of those times to get a responce. Then the number I was given changed 2 different times from what he originally told me which i understand happens but I was sold the most expensive rate to get the lowest payment and basically am now payingthe amount that was on the cheapest rate. So that was disappointing.
I felt I was given the best deal possible. Friendly and easy to work with staff. Prompt and clear communication. Closed sooner than expected.
I had a wonderful experience with PennyMac Loan Services. From my initial contact with Mohammed Ahmed then follow up with Sharon Sidhu plus help from Nate when I had a question, the process was made easy by the company. The closing was almost a month ahead of schedule, with the final documents notarization done in less than half an hour at my home. Not only did I get a great rate, I experienced a company that seemed to care about me. I would definitely suggest PennyMac to friends and family
Your staff is what made it great. It was not the deal exactly. Let me say I got the deal I wanted but not necessarily the deal I had hoped for but that difference is on me and my wanting to ensure I got the 2.75% interest rate. So I broke my own rules and paid points. Something I have always resisted in my mortgage shopping history. I didn't have confidence the dip would slip lower to a 2.75% rate without the points. If so I wonder if you have a "Lowest Rate Guarantee" program to help?
DIt was a very easy process!! On the few times that I called, my questions were answered and always vert helpful and professional!!

Kristen was very helpful answering any questions I had. It is a little difficult trying to get into contact with whoever your rep is without having a direct phone line to call, or an extension to dial, that would be my recommendation to change that, but certainly not Kristens fault.
