I was contacted by at least 6 different associates, they all wanted payoff letters for my current loan with PennyMac for unknown dates. When I ask if they could contact someone from PennyMac concerning my current loan I was told they would and not to worry about the payoff requests that kept coming. Overall I’m very happy with the loan process, but it seems like they didn’t know my current loan was with PennyMac.
I felt the Communication was poor. I had to call several times to find out what the status was on my loan. As for Mr. Smith he was very pleasant.
