Ajanay has been great. The review is worded confusingl and not clear if it is for a person or PennyMac business entity. I feel like the PennyMac employees I have spoken to are all great folks. They have all been patient and polite even when I am being needy. The organization itself is bit awkward and does not make it on its employees. The web portal is annoying. There is a loan status page, I assume it was created so that we can find the current status of the loan. 500 limit hit! :(
A great experience with PennyMac! Definitely five stars to the loan officer Bailey Greene and the M.a.c team, Brian Mitchell who did a good job to close my loan as scheduled. I would come back to PennyMac for home loan services in the future. Thank you!
George did a better job than the people who we, originally had, at our closing, when we first bought the house. He is a good guy. I recommend him.
The person who you submit you loan to should stay in contact with you while the loan is processing. I had a lot of questions for the person before the loan processing but that person never amswered his phone or emails. So, basically after he did his part he just forgot about me.
