We had trouble what U wanted regarding the Termite inspection. Information wasn’t clear. It took multiple calls from us 2 C what U needed. No 1 explained how we were 2 receive the money until the last minute after we inquired.

There were problems with the quoted interest rate matching the Loan Estimate paperwork. Also, there were problems with communicating what would come next in the process, such as a pay out letter. Finally, at closing the closing cost did not match the Loan Disclosure paperwork. However, in all of the above problems, the problems were addressed and the objective of attaining a lower interest rate on our mortgage was achieved.

Better communications. Explain what and why documents are necessary. Explain what is the buyers forms and what is the realtors.
