The only complaint I have is that it took me several times of contacting Pennymac to get the refinance process started. I was just wanting to discuss the options with someone and no one ever called me back. I eventually just started the process online and immediately received a call. I eventually received calls back from my initial inquiries, but we where several weeks into the refinance process by that point. other than that, it has been an easy and smooth experience.

Max did a fantastic job communicating with me. He was available every time I called. Another thing I liked was every time I called I was automatically routed to Max.

With all that coincided during the exact time I began my paperwork for refinancing my loan, I wasn't quite sure how things would go. I'm please to say that those charged with seeing my loan through from my first inquiry down to the closing was, simply seamless and there wasn't one problem which is helpful for me as I'm almost always inundated with other prioritites...so thank you all for dare, I say babysitting me through the process :)
