Very difficult to discuss the loan with anyone. I own several rental properties and am very familiar with the lending process. This was very disjointed - the time frame and late closing forced me to pay cash for a rental that I didn't want to do. Will be unlikely to use Penny Mac again

Great experience
Provide a process map of who is involved, what happens 1st, 2d and 3d for the refinancing. By the way, the title company's point of contact was the CEO on paper but an agent, in reality. I did not have the agents name until day after closing and they were not available by phone at closing time (630pm EDT). Closing documents were missing 3day refusal notice, and mis- represented an existing easeway on the property.
