It was a flawless transaction. PennyMac went beyond expectations and crushed any competition trying to match. The rate was one of the best I ever had. PennyMac is the future if you give them a try. My loan officer is the best in the business. Second to none!

There were a few times where I emailed the required and requested documents and the representative still called and asked for the same documents. Repetitive. Try to fix that please

Wasn't Happy about the Notary's COVID-19 disclosure - stating she (company) wasn't liable for transmitting COVID-19 in our house. We elected not to sign.

Had a few issues at the last moment, but were not caused by Vonnye or Penny-Mac. Vonnye and her manager really stepped up and helped us finalize the closing even though the delays were not on their end. It was a stressful time for the family, but cant express how much they helped. Previous mortgage was with Penny, new mortgage is with Penny happy to be lifelong customers.

I originally had my home loan through Penny Mac and decided to refinance with them once interest rates dropped. The process was easy and they reassured me that I would be able to get the best rate with them. They did however take a bit longer than 30 days, but in the end they refinanced my home at a lower monthly cost. I recommend Penny Mac to anyone I know in the market for a home!
