This survey does not accurately reflect the best way possible to rate my overall experience. Anna Eng was very helpful and that’s what my ratings are based on but if you want a true response, change the survey to give customers a better way to respond with their actual experience

We started with Sydney Barnes and she was amazing! We ended with Ammie Mack and she was just as nice.They were thorough and always got right back to me with my concerns and questions. The ONLY problem I experienced was when I would send requested documents and got the fax confirmation on my end, I would always get a call back that it is not there. I do not think either Sydney or Ammie is responsible for that. I feel like whoever receives the faxes were not putting them to the right people.

Everything was smooth and easy. Good communication throughout the process and competitive vs other lenders. Was able to prove a very competitive offer. Would definitely recommend!
