The process was amazing! Much faster than I anticipated. Items I had questions about were answered rapidly and the team did not get annoyed or upset with me asking so many questions. It was smooth sailing and great service through and through.

The communication between the LO & the processor was lacking tremendously, however, Belinda was an excellent processor for me. I can't say the same for the LO assigned to me. He was not communicative, did not convey consistent information from what we initially negotiated & I had to fight every step of the way to get him to take action on my file & pass on documentation to his management to negotiate a fair deal. As it was a pure pleasure to work with my processor, it was not the same for my LO.
From the start both Lauren and Joseph DeMassi were incredible! Great attentive customer service, lines of communication always open. Thanks for having wonderful people, representing Pennymac!

Every step of the process was straightforward and moved faster than my expectations. My original loan was with PennyMac and I am happy to stay with PennyMac as my lender. All involved handled the processing of the loan very professionally especially considering the current COVID-19 pandemic.
It was a quick process even with everything going on, I received updates along the way. Everything was explained in detail to make sure I understood the process fully.
