easy process
No feedback.
I was told numerous times that I would not pay a mortgage payment for either April or May. I also confirmed that no additional actions needed to be taken on my part regarding my existing autopay and was told I'd just need to set up a new autopay. But the April mortgage payment was deducted via my auto pay. I was not expecting this and it caused significant financial stress. I understand I will eventually receive a refund, but this does nothing to ease my financial situation in the interim.
My experience was overall a good experience however I had/have some additional questions. I was not able to get those questions answer so in turn I will have to call the 800 number of the next business day.
