The loan processor did great. She was out sick one week which set everything back. Another processor supplied me a form to complete that had incorrect data. When I applied to refinance I asked for a specific amount. When the appraisal came back lower than expected I was never notified that what I asked for changed which was another set back. This whole process took 3 1/2 months. Part to blame on Wells Fargo for 1 month.

Lack of communication and need to pay attention to details
Everything went as described to us with no surprises. Very happy with the outcome.
With COVID precautions I think the process as well as it could given the conditions. The additional documents weren’t necessarily outlined outright. Additionally, I would have thought a much faster process.
more timely answers to my questions as the emails or phone questions weren't always answered efficiently..the portal site did not refresh with correlating updates as it should and i had to resort to email attachments solely.. the hurried requests for docs were aggrivating...people are not professional offices with professional data and resources at their fingertips - yet were asked to act in such a manner...maybe its just the process or nature of the beast...but the team got thru. Grade of B-

Pennymac team was really informative, patient and understood my needs. MyEsha was very pleasant and she took extra time to answer all of our questions. Ed, was the initial person we spoke to and he secured the terms which got us to begin the process to refi! We are very satisfied and grateful to the Pennymac team!
