Simple, fast and efficient. the response time for inquiries can be improved but the current circumstances might play a factor on this. overall a great experience.

My experience from the start was exceptional and I remember creating my application online, which was easy and simple and getting a call the next from Abigail Wilson the next day. I will never forget when she told me she can beat any other bank’s interest and APR rate. Which she did! Abigail then sent my document to Martha Masuda who she was working alongside. She never hesitated to help me with any question and documents I didn’t understand. She was patient from beginning till the end.
Both Letisia and Abdul were fantastic!!! They made all the difference in the world!! Professional, friendly and efficient!!
Just the inability to reach anyone directly and to speak to Nancy directly. My loan has closed. Then the verification of employment went on for 6 days past when we closed with the Notary. We still have not received our cash out funding. Very unhappy about the loose concern in general. I would like to know specifically when I will receive my funding!
I have been with PennyMac for a while now. My home loan for my old home was with PennyMac and I liked the service and that is why I continued with the purchase of my new home. Nathan Rediel who I dealt with in the initial phase of the loan process was great! After I was transferred to processing team which was with Sandra Benavidez. It was terrible from then on. She was not timely, very poor communicator, aloof, and seeemed uninformed. A lot of questions that I asked , she didn't know.
My processor Liem Nguyen turned a difficult situation into a positive one. He was always available or responded to my needs in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him and continuing my relationship with PennyMac.
From my first phone call with Bryan Ross to numerous phone calls with Liem Nguyen, the process has been smooth. Both gentlemen were professional and friendly and showed great patience with me as I had many questions. I can’t thank them enough for all they did.
All the people involved were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Great experience for the second time!!!
