Great experience.
The process went pretty smoothly and I would recommend PennyMac. The only issue was the Quick Claim Deed was not clarified and now I have to hire an outside attorney to handle this for me. When beginning the process I was advised one thing and then at closing it was something different. This will be an additional cost on my part.
Everything went so smooth on our loan. We were already with PennyMac and knew that you would take care of us well. THANK YOU!
