Nathan Hoffman was excellent to deal with and communicated promptly, the department that handles the closing documents was a bit confused, but other than that my experience with Nathan was excellent!

Piss Poor communication from the time my application left Jane Riley. Jane was wonderful! Nicolas Batton needs a class in Customer Service & Communication. I received 1 phone call from him during the loan process that was pushing 60 days. I would call & ask for him specifically & I was always told he would return my call IF I didn’t want the agent on the phone to assist me. Nicholas Never Once returned my call. I would email him & ask him to call me, he would not call. Much more 500 char limit.
Liked the portal to upload documents, however the portal was not good at updating any kind of timeline or current status.
Was guided through the process every step with consistency to ensure everything was completed the first through. Customer service was great and courteous through the whole process. Thank you
