Tracy Parker was great. No problems. It was when we first started this process. We felt we had a Bait and Switch % on Interest rate!! For $600 to buy point. Then Angie Wu said she had to call us back. Twenty minutes later she called back and said she couldn't do that interest rate for $600 it would be $3,000 !! Rates went down so we called and asked about a one time float down and Never received an answer back from Angie And now its funded and Closed. Very disappointed.
Easiest process I've ever been through. Convenient and clear, literally had no issues.
Good communication, polite and sincere interactions.
Extremely poor customer service. My calls and emails went unanswered. When I did speak with Blen she was rude and dismissive, when it was time for the closing papers signing only then was she communicative. I would NEVER Recommend Pennymac and will go as far as to Yelp how horrible my experience was. I highly recommend Lean Six Sigma to this organization if you plan on continuing the mortgage business.
Everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional. I received weekly updates until the load closed.
