Great process all around.
The Customer Service
Everything went very smooth even closed early so yes this process was really good
Communication at the close of the process was non-existent. There were several issues to be resolved prior to closing. We were told that we would recieve a call from our 2 separate points of contact. We did not. We attempted to call and we sent an email but did not receive a call back until after our closing.
Everything went smooth and fast. Thank you very much.
Vonnye was awesome to work with. She was responsive to questions. Nathan reidel was AMAZING during this process as well. He was extremely responsive to questions.
