I was overwhelmed, while on a vacation, by Penny Mac. The haphazard manner in which this loan process was handled was extremely upsetting, and almost cost me the sale. I had to give up my contingency of loan approval, to save the sale, when Penny Mac took at least five weeks to proceed the loan, when the whole process was supposed to take 30 days. Mistakes were made by the Title company on our Grant Deed and Deed of Trust, due to lack of communication by Penny Mac with Chicago Title company.
Every one involved was knowledgeable and very professional and kind.

Awesome experience during a major crisis - COVID-19
Tameka was great. She communicated well but did not receive communication from other departments and agencies. She was not notified of closing reschedules and notaries were not in contact with her about time frames, and cash to close.
Everyone involved with my loan communicated all requirements and details. Great job!!
Closing was very fast - documents were incorrect though.
