The whole process was hassel free and very convenient. Everything went smoother than expected, from providing any required documents to scheduling any and all appointments. Communication throughout the process was great and no questions were left un answered. Closed sooner than expected and was able to get more from my cash out than expected. Overall I would recommend Pennymac to any friends and/or family looking to get a home loan or refinance a current loan. Thanks for all the help!

Every person that I had contact with whether it was by telephone or online was courteous and professional and took the time to make sure everything was well understood. Overall a very pleasant experience.
The documents were wrong! I was rescheduled and was handed off to so many different people because no one knew what was going on. The title company sent me someone who spoke broken English, when I requested a specific person I was told they weren’t available but the Notary was in fact available. They lied to her and to me. Not professional at all
