Prompt and great communication.
EVERY STEP WAS EXPLAINED JUST THE PAYMENT AMOUNT WENT UP APPROXIMATELY $60 WHEN I SINGED THE FINAL LOAN PAPERWORK.
I received an email with information to refinance. I talked with loan officer who helped me with application at the begging of January. I submitted documents requested immediately. I did not hear about loan processing for several weeks. Finally I was informed that one document did not have name. I submitted document with name. Tried to call several times to loan processor. Could not talk with her. Time was of essence since two months locked rate was about to expire. Finally loan closed.
