Good communication!
Having closing documents ready for closing instead of jumping through hoops to make it happen ~ 2hrs past the schedule time. Communicate within Pennymac with regards to the previous mortgage loan to calculate the refinanced IRRL escrow instead of jumping through hoops to correct the $9K diff from what is owed by this 100% P&T disabled Veteran, having to issue a post-dated closing disclosure. Having better communication between the M.A.C. team associate and the originating loan officer
