The rate in the document was wrong and I figured that out, that caused delay on loan and I could have needed to put $1400 out of pocket because of that. When send the needed documents, there wasn't any update for a while, and I had to call, which in return the operator said I have to add fload insurance certificate. I checked with the insurance company and my house is not in fload zone. That turned out that I didn't really needed the certificate.
The process was quicker than I expected.
