Jan started off a little shaky and was not certain on some questions I had from the start. However, his Manager Ron O’Niel stepped in and assisted Jan. Ron really help move this process along well. Your people, especially, Greg Johnston were very professional, on top of things and very easy to work with.
Everything went as planned and it all started with Sydney Barnes (Loan Officer) getting the ball rolling. From there it was a seamless transition to Cheree' Payton (Home Loan Specialist) taking over and seeing that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I want to thank the whole "M.A.C Team" for their dedicated effort in helping us reach our end goal and completing the entire refinance process rather quickly. Kudos to PennyMac! Much appreciated!

PennyMac has great customer service. Unlike other companies PennyMac has not sold my loan to another company. I have been with PennyMac since 2015 and have already refinanced twice. Both times were seamless and closed on time. Thank you!!
