The only thing I would have liked better is a direct phone number to the same person so when I called I didn't have to explain the same thing to several different people and it seems like the Penny Mac team email doesn't actually get to my direct loan person.

Clear communication, timely responses, great service.
Before my refi with Penny Mac would of told everyone to use Penny Mac after this would have to advise them to really think about using Penny Mac. Was advised that I would have Zero out of pocket for closing and in the end cost me over $1400.00.
Very simple and smooth process. I was kept up to date with either requests for additional information or with a message to let me know things were on track, and no action was needed. The online tools were easy to use and helped to speed up the process. Overall very happy with my experience.
The process was easy and well organized. One thing to be aware of is when someone calls the owner and says their from “George Reid’s team” etc, it comes off as pretentious. If I have a loan officer, I want to hear from them not someone on their “team”
The entire process was smooth and the details were communicated clearly. I would definitely recommend PennyMac to family and friends.
I did a cash out refinace but only got a partial wire transfer....All because of a mistake and now have to wait 22 days for it to be corrected...Why should I be inconvienced for the mistake of others???
I feel like I got robbed with the closing cost.
