Closes within a week or two after being told or could be over a month! Fastest and easiest process !!
I was never asked if taxes and insurance should or should not be held. When I called PM customer service, I was told it would take 45 mins to make the change while I was put on hold. Instead, I requested that Clinton Martin return my call. Then I sent my own email to Mr. Martin to request he call me. That was 7 days ago and I still have not heard back. Disappointing.
Great experience with refinancing. Everything was explained clearly and accurately to me and my wife.

We were told it we were doing a no money down VA refi but that was not the case. At closing the documents said we owed closing costs on both. The first date we were set to close no one showed up. When we were scheduled to close on our rental property the notary was sent to the wrong address so we had to reschedule that too. It was just problem and problem. I definitely won’t be doing business with Penny Mac again!
Winston was great to work with. Communicated well and explained everything. Stress free process.
Closing was 4 hours long because there was an issue with prorated taxes. I was told I needed $2k MORE than I was originally told. ONE day prior to closing. Nathan was great throughout the application process, unfortunately the closing wasn’t easy and caused unnecessary anxiety.
