Very smooth process, non stressful
The person I was originally dealing with never told me about the points being charged, I would have liked to see my options to evaluate if it was worth paying points for lower interest rate. By the time I found out about the points being charged interest rates had rose sharply. My loan sat on final reviewer desk fora month, because at one time there was a mobile home on property, that had been removed. It was a great experience.
Way too much to type. I am not wasting any more of my time on this. Zero communication, incorrect final closing papers, requested documents from me several times after I already submitted them. Never responded to anything, had people call me on her behalf who had zero info. Saying you'd call me within an hour, and then hearing nothing for 3 weeks... Everything went smoothly without any issues. It was easy
documents were submitted multiple times because of mistakes from borrower and title company. Communication was not good, I had to go through 4 closings to sign documents.
