Several Times we were told the documents were all in only to receive more email requesting them again. The need for witnesses was unclear as to how many we needed to bring. We are now 4 business days from closing and the disbursement is still in processing after making calls to Old republic and getting no answer I found they still haven't sent the request to the organization who completes the transfer

Grace was really helpful, easy to contact and an excellent communicator. I appreciate that she was working hard to understand and overcome obstacles and minimize delays She tried to help use meet our goals and the delays we experienced were out of her control.

I loved all of the reps we worked with (Paul, Grace, etc.) and I appreciate how transparent and on our side Penny Mac is as a lender. I will say there were some redundancies in the email requests for docs (but i don't think that's on Grace).

Communications were not what I expected them to be. I understand that there is a tiered process that includes different teams at different stages of said process. I do not feel that communications were being understood or being taken seriously when I had questions.
