Great service
I felt that the same documents were requested multiple times to show the same information. Repetitive requirements became tiresome and annoying.
I specifically asked the loan officer for the amount of closing fees we were paying and he neglected to answer the question after telling me he would get back to me.
documents were submitted multiple times because of mistakes from borrower and title company. Communication was not good, I had to go through 4 closings to sign documents.

Every time I reached out to My point of contact I could never reach her and when I did she never had a clear answer and several of my questions were never answered at all. I
She was prompt in returning or answering my calls. Very pleasant throughout the stressful process.
