All requested documents should be made clear at the very start of the loan. There were too many people involved. I wish one processor would continue with you through the whole loan. I think this was the worst experience I have ever had buying a home and my late husband and I have bought 7 homes together during our 50 year marriage. I had a great experience. Norma did a great job at Keeping me updated & easing all of my first time homebuyer anxiety’s. The entire process went incredibly smoothly and that I am thankful for.
Your site to review and sign documents is terrible. The issues with your webpage are to difficult to explain in an email.
