My experience with pennymac was awesome
Emails from pennymac were going to th wrong address for the closing agent so closing was delayed
I don't feel like this is a good representation of PennyMac. I think Sandra did a good job overall, there was some complications with the title company and a small mishap on PennyMac's side. Also, the electronic document control seemed to be hit or miss with notifications to the loan specialist. For example, we uploaded the repair pictures on May 18th, I emailed the 22nd saying they were uploaded to PennyMac, then I went ahead and emailed them directly to Sandra at a slightly later date because they were asked for again.
People got back to me when they said they would. They fallow on their word. There was a record kept in the system of any concerns i had or of the conversation i had with any of the other employees. It was hard to get a hold of the same person twice but its understandable.
