We enjoy having our load with pennymac.
PennyMac has a good level of customer service that exceeded my expectations. In opinion, the loan process was make easy by their well informed and trained staff. Both Eric Lewis and Barry Morrow provided accurate and timely information throughout the refinancing process. Not sure I do it again without these two professionals.
