The information that was given to me when this refinancing first started exceeded what I was expecting. I was going through emotional changes and after all was done and finished, I am happier than when I first purchased my home.

My experience was awesome refinancing can be trying at times but the Mac team was there to help and assist me with whatever I needed. They were a pleasure to work with.
It was very difficult dealing with a team in California when I am in Florida. The time difference is an issue.
I submitted the same document 4 times. The closing paperwork was incorrect and this happened for multiple applications. This is unacceptable. This company literally made me homeless for over a month because they cannot complete anything in a timely manner.
