Great customer service.
Kaitlyn was an excellent communicator. Things got a little crazy at the end, due to a 3rd party, but she got us to the closing table on time and we're happy with the end result.
I had the greatest refi and purchase experience with this Pennymac Team. I do alot of real estate and these 2 transactions happened to be personal for me and these two transactions were probably the easiest of any transactions I have done for myself and my clients over the last few years. I will be recommending this Pennymac team alot in the future. Special thanks to a really nice group of people and a really caring company.
