Veronica barely contacted us and out of the 3 times she did, 2 times she called the wrong number. During the last few days before closing I had to call in to get things fixed and escalated right up until a couple hours before closing. And the closing documents were wrong, I had to provide the correct ones sent to me by someone other than Veronica. My negative comments reflects only veronica. She dint care at all. Mathew bland was great. Veronica i have to followup with her multiple times. Never could reach her directly for anything. She never called me back.
Better communication. This was not Destiny's faults. The previous person who was working with me was terrible at getting/wanting documents. Bad at answering the phone. And then there was someone who was on the team and was no longer working for the company. An absolute s*** show. This took over 3 months.

Sandra and her team at PennyMac did a great job. I have used them in the past, and will again in the future. The customer service and prices can't be beat.
Appraisal took 3 weeks after communicating we were having problems with the appraisal company. Communication was poor, unable to speak to anyone to get the process clarified. Closing date was delayed because the price was inaccurate on documents after appraisal. Even after all of this the money that I wanted to put down and the money that I wanted to keep from the sale of my house was not correct when we closed.
