The communication and the process was spot on therefore leading the exact time frame I was told 5 stars
I never got call backs despite being told I would get a call back. When setting up the loan I was told the creditors would be paid directly. Days before closing I was told I'd recieve checks to send to my creditors.
Ashton asked for the same documents several times and was not familiar with the terms discussed with Daniel. Every time we spoke I would have to explain everything again, and the constant inability to handle the loan properly lead to her manager getting involved and we nearly quit dealing with Ashton all together. The customer service she provided was unacceptable.
Samijo was great, and kept us informed with regular updates!
Great experience. Always prompt and friendly, no question went unanswered even when I had some tediously detailed questions. This is my 3rd home loan with PM and I've had a good experience, start to finish, each time.
