The fact that an updated appraisal was needed was not recognized until the last moment. The closing date was moved back from the 05/31/22 to 06/03/22. Then it was request to be moved back to 06/06/22, the corporate company sent me a letter advising that if I didn't close on 06/03/22 they were putting the house on the market on 06/06/22. I didn't know if I was going to closing until 06/02/22. Then I was sent to closing with the wrong amount I was suppose to wire to the title company. I was 7,095.00 short. I had to borro... read more

Brittany was amazing. There were a few steps that the VA made difficult and a few pieces of information in the beginning of the process that were inaccurate. Overall, I am very pleased and I'm happy to be with pennymac

The whole refinance experience with the PennyMac team has been Great. My lender Ivan was very pleasant to deal with and Tynisha kept her promises, checking in weekly and kept me updated. My loan closed 2 weeks ahead of schedule which was a huge surprise!! Very happy Customer!!
