Jamie by far was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and patient person to work with. When I had a million questions he had a million and one answers. I would recommend anyone to not only Pennymac but would recommend working with Jamie specifically. Thank you Jamie for all your hard work and guidance through our home loan process.
Better communication between departments
There was a bit of confusion over a couple of aspects that seemed avoidable.
Great experience. Easy, smooth process.
The only issue we had was not with Sandrea. It was with the third party employment verification process. They were difficult to deal with and didn’t seem to understand or follow through with notes they were given in the system. Otherwise our experience was great.
He was very friendly and explained everything.
The entire process was done faster and easy

Pennymac has been a great Mortgage company and miko and ceasar were fantastic in helping with the refinancing process!
