I have been waiting a month since closing and still do not have all my checks to pay creditors. I have had no support from anyone to resolve this.

The loan process was made easy by Eric and Paul. They ensured our success by communicating often and clearly. The site was easy to navigate and it was a cinch to upload the required documents. The only frustrating thing, which was not the fault of any of our loan people, was calling PennyMac. They require you to call a single number. You get placed on hold and many times do not connect and leave a message with someone, to find out it was never relayed.

Communication, updates and requested documents were terrible. Several times my husband and I would request to speak to Norma and were informed that iMessage was sent to her to call us back we would call back since not hearing from her to find out that she either left for the day or got the same response that a message would be relayed to her; never hearing from Norma as requested. Norma actually do something like anything at all would have been nice. If it weren’t for other people I. Your company willing to help nothing would have gotten done. Norma is the laziest most incompetent person I have ever worked with. My 9th grade students could do a better job than her
