Veronica was amazing to work with. She made this process so simple and easy and she was more than willing to jump in and get our questions answered in a timely fashion. I would definitely work with Veronica, and the entire PennyMac team again!
Leticia was very professional and explained everything to us. She kept us informed during the process. Our questions were answered promptly and accurately.
It was often difficult to speak to the initial & 2nd loan officers (Patricia & then Grace) & had to talk to other people who usually did not know what was going on. Working with Patricia and Grace was very good but the communication within the department was not very good at times.
