From start to finish PennyMac’s team provided accurate and timely information to make the home buying process easier. Yuri answered MANY financial questions with patience and accuracy. Ms. Hamilton answered MANY questions as well and checked in frequently ensuring things went smoothly. She put in extra effort to ensure closing on time which was stalled last minute due to a hold up on our end. She is absolutely wonderful!

I believe Noah was away when our loan was closing, so he started the process with us but wasn't as involved towards the end. Once the appraisal came back low, there were some questions/concerns, and also some misinformation related to the final loan amount and cash to close. This caused some confusion and a slight delay. It made it difficult because we moved from our loan processor, to the mac team ..which was Noah and 2 others from his team.
