Whenever I spoke with Chaix or any other PennyMac representative, it was always great and she was very helpful. My primary issues were that I was always the one fetching information and having to call to get updates. My closing experience was also mishandled and it delayed closing for a week despite me calling in to pennymac to confirm that everything was all set (because title company was telling me otherwise).
