Communication the length of time from March to May. After talking with Steve Toth about the loan amount that I needed on more than one occasion the loan was not what I requested. The first loan amount was an insult. Correcting my address during the 1st month (March) was the beginning of my unpleasant experience. Steven Toth told me I would not have to worry about the creditors that are listed on the application, pennyMac would be responsible for their payment. Sandi was great. But the other staff (Nicholas) poorly communicated what needed to happen, didn’t follow through on what they said and didn’t give the credit they assured me. Lesson learned: to have staff provide assurance in writing. Last time I work with Pennac.
