The process went smooth overall. I'd change the way the title company pays off lenders in the refinance process though. Very inconvenient to have to mail checks, especially checks with large amounts.

I thought the process took too long. I forwarded all requested documents exponentially and the day before we closed I received another request for more documents. It was a little unnerving knowing I had to close the next day. Thank you.

Rebecca/PennyMac made a very difficult situation possible for our refinance. Even though our home provides an appraisal challenge, Rebecca diligently and without interference monitored the process. She consistently and timely provided updates, and continuously did so throughout the refinance. When we had doubts, Rebecca structurally navigated us through the refinance to a successful closing. We are very thankful for Rebecca’s efforts and thankful to PennyMac for hiring conscientious people like her.

The response time to questions was very long and sometimes I didn’t get a response at all. Plus, it would have been nice to get to talk to Noah directly when calling but I had to speak to many different people when I called.
