Response time was great. Communication was clear.
Sandra is great every attentive to my needs and questions. I sold my home April 15 was stressed if my new home closing would happen on the same day. She worked hard and made this happen so I didn’t have get storage unit for my stuff and find place to stay with 2 dogs. She kept saying we can make this happen and she did. I am truly great full for having her as my loan officer.
It was as expected. Happy to close in the comfort of my own home, not in an office.

My only issue I had was Anna was very difficult to get a hold of at the beginning of the loan process, but after I did reach her and she answered all my questions, the process was more or less seamless from there on out.
We received some mixed messages about what was expected on our part
Amanda was very helpful and on top of everything that had to be done. Pleasant to speak to and I would recommend her to anyone that I know. Smooth experience.
