Grace was both professional and personable. She was able to keep the process moving and answer all of my questions while being proactive in the process. I found all of the PennyMac personnel in the lending process to be very helpful and concise during the entirety of the lending/loan process.

Numerous phone calls about the same closing document, well ahead of when that would be available to us. My agent was requesting closing documents with final numbers the day before closing - we cut it pretty tight. Overall though, Tennille was very pleasant to deal with and we got it done.
