I AM SO HAPPY TO SAY THAT I AM NOW A HOMEOWNER!! This was my first time to purchase a home of my own. Needless to say, I was anxious and nervous as it was a BIG step for me, and scary, too. But, my anxiety soon faded as I spoke more and more with kind and knowledgeable people who so patiently walked me through the entire process and helped me accomplish what I needed to be this happy homeowner. The mortgage process is really never easy. Between all the documents the lender sends and all the documents the mortgagee has to submit, the process is sometimes overwhelming. What I did like about this Pennymac process was that you could always log into your portal and see what was still needed and where the process was. I appreciated that. My wife and I want to thank everyone involved in our refinance process, good team effort.
We stared this process in December. It was a 5 month process that was supposed to take two. There were too many hands involved. Miscommunication between different employees calling and emailing us.
Good stuff, no issues.
Very timely and easy process over all
Better communication, timely replies, actually being able to talk to elycia and Veronica. If the people who answered the phone actually knew the answer and/or took the time to get the correct answer.
