The nagging about my credit card use
We were constantly having to call for updates and no one would get back to us. The appraisal was ordered far too late and we were within hours of not closing on time. Overall, this experience has convinced me to go with another company for a future mortgage and to actively warn people against using this company.
Today I received an email informing me that a document was not presented and signed at closing. This is very frustrating to me, since I paid for a professional to complete the closing.
