Amanda was fantastic. The delay was due to the appraisers in Hawaii.
Our granddaughter had to pay off her car loan because you wouldn’t accept her way of paying State Farm large amounts then having them take out monthly payments. Even after sending her bank statement proving the money came out of her account. That is just too rigid! Luckily she had the saving to pay it off or we wouldn’t have been able to get our refinance! Closing was booked and we were told everything was in good order. Then we received a follow up email asking for us to complete an additional work verification document for my wife. I sent two emails one to Savannah and one to Cathy Caligiuri asking for requirement to be waived as it came after the fact of Pennymac saying all was in in good order, with closing being booked. Not receiving multiple/duplicate emails from Brittany/Jordan ... # of phone calls back & forth to get closing disclosure correct.
